FAA auditing Boeing's process for minor design changes

The Federal Aviation Administration said Thursday that it is auditing the Boeing's process for making minor design changes across its product line after a Manufacturing issue with 737 MAX grounded dozens of planes.

The FAA said it was also investigating the origin of the worldwide electrical manufacturing issue disclosed on 7 April that has led to the Grounding of 109 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.The objective of the audit is to find areas where the company can improve its processes.
