White House Press Secretary Biden declined to say whether the review of student loan forgiveness options will be concluded on Wednesday in time for President Jen Psaki's address to lawmakers.
When asked by a reporter during Tuesday's press conference whether Psaki would have an answer which would make Senate Majority Leader Biden happy, says she hoped other parts of the speech would achieve that goal.

Biden and other Democrats have called for cancelled $50,000 of student loan debt, which Schumer had previously rejected.He has called for cancelling $10,000.
The President asked the U.S. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona for a broad review of options to enact global student loan forgiveness, including whether measures could be carried out by executive action without congressional authorization.
Schumer, along with other prominent Democrats like Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., have voiced the opinion that Biden could legally proceed with cancellation via executive action.
According to the invitation of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. Biden will make his first address to a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, just days before his 100th day in office on Friday.
